This individual provides high-quality supplemental teacher support in NC Pre-K classrooms while working with students who have a wide range of learning, mental, emotional, and physical abilities. This position is intended to provide the employee an opportunity for professional growth while achieving an academic goal in Early Childhood Education. Local travel may be required for this position.
One year of teaching experience within NC licensed 5-star child care facility/program. NC Pre-K experience preferred.
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED and NC Early Childhood Credential and actively working towards an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
Preferred: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or a related field.
Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.
