Responsibilities The
Medical Imaging Faculty is directly responsible for course design, delivery and compliance with JRCERT accreditation standards as well as ASRT/ARRT curriculum standards, all in accordance with established RHSHS goals, policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to academic and clinical oversight of enrolled students, course development; instruction of academic, laboratory and clinical coursework using accepted educational methodologies; achievement of program learning benchmarks; participation in the accreditation process; assessment of learning outcomes; academic/clinical advisement and remediation of students; facilitation and supervision of clinical education rotations; evaluation of student clinical competency; documentation of student progress; periodic review and revision of academic and clinical course materials; participation in admission recruitment events and prospective applicant interviews; active participation in ongoing programmatic as well as professional development; serving as a professional role model. Medical Imaging Faculty reports to and supports the Director of the Medical Imaging Program to assure effective program operations.

Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE - 2+ years recent full-time experience as a diagnostic radiography clinician; instructional experience preferred but will train an otherwise well-suited candidate.
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS - ARRT Credentialing Requirements: Registration in Radiography (R); additional ARRT credentials beneficial
