Responsibilities Provides competent clinical nursing practice across the life-span, facilitates transitions across care settings, and coordinates care delivery with other disciplines for improving patient care quality outcomes as well as decreasing unnecessary utilization and associated costs across patient populations and health care settings. Daily ambulatory nursing practice performance primarily is focused on telephonic patient triage, patient education, direct care interventions, collaborative leadership and care coordination.
As a member of Tower Select, your base pay rate is based on your years of nursing experience plus a
premium pay differential. Additional shift differentials are added where applicable. Our RNs are also eligible for a generous educational assistance program and participation in a financially incentivized career advancement program.
Qualifications Education Requirements - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (Required)
- BSN (Preferred)
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting
Certification and Licensure Requirements - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
Experience and Skills - Minimum of 12 months experience as a professional nurse specialized in critical care.
