The IT Administrator oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s IT hardware, software and network. This individual serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the operation and respond to tickets and assist clients via remote access or on site and will be tasked with solving complex technical issues as well as collaborating with team members across all departments to provide fast and useful technical assistance. The IT Administrator interacts with internal and external clients, on all levels, to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. This individual interacts directly with databases and software to troubleshoot problems, identify sources of the problems and offer solutions and involved in the creation of new software and work closely with our team to analyze all aspects of the software and make suggestions throughout the development phase to help avoid issues in the final product.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
4Year College Degree preferred (computer science or related field of study) or comparable work experience. 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position in a distribution center environment preferred.
Ability to travel at the time of startup and implementation of operation. 25% initial - additional travel as Sunland expands nationally
Ability to read and interpret documents, including protocols, standard operating procedures, customer orders, and pick tickets.
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
