Responsibilities Performs nursing services requiring the application of the biological, physical, and social sciences, and nursing skills in the care of the sick, the prevention of disease, and the conservation of health. Plans coordinated services to individuals and their families. Works in an interdisciplinary relationship with other members of the team to assure delivery of high quality nursing service in accordance with an established Plan of Care with physician, client, and family and with the Hospital's programs and policies. Develops plan of care for clients with complex wounds, ostomies or continence related needs. Develops and implements a discharge plan.
Qualifications Education Requirements - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Experience License and Certifications: - Valid State of PA Nursing License
- Valid BLS certification
- WCC, WOCN or CWCN (Preferred)
