The Field Services Tech exhibits an enthusiasm for customer service and:

  • Maintains, diganoses and repairs software and hardware.
  • Provides general PC hardware and software product support to hospital management and users.
  • On call rotation.



  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with PC (Windows-based) hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair. More experience is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Passion for excellent customer service.
