The Field Services Tech exhibits an enthusiasm for customer service and:
- Maintains, diganoses and repairs software and hardware.
- Provides general PC hardware and software product support to hospital management and users.
- On call rotation.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with PC (Windows-based) hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair. More experience is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for excellent customer service.
