The Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Manager is an experienced RN who provides both field and telephonic clinical case management for Tower Health System Employees with medical-only, lost time, and complex workers’ compensation cases under the direction of the Section Chief of Occupational Health./Employee Health. This includes but is not limited to contributing to compensability decisions, coordinating light duty, assuring compliance with plan of care, attending specialist appointments, and composing letters to Independent Medical Examiners. Participates in or leads projects that support Employee Health and Accident Prevention.
