JOB SUMMARY- Manager of Financial Clearance
This Manager role is responsible for overseeing the Inhouse Financial Clearance functions across all Tower Health Hospitals and effectively managing all related
business processes and human resources.

This role reports directly to the Tower Health System Director, Patient Access with matrix reporting responsibility to the Reading Hospital Patient Access Director and the Chester/Montgomery/Philadelphia Hospital Patient Access Directors. This
role also provides oversight to the Inhouse Financial Clearance team for St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
4 year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
