Clinical Coordinator

The Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator develops implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines and also provides oversight to the trauma and surgical outpatient clinic to ensure timely care and an enhanced patient care experience. They work closely with the trauma team to provide patient care in the outpatient setting and also have the opportunity to function independently in many areas including scheduling of studies and surgeries, follow-up of patient calls and necessary paperwork.

Qualifications

Experience

• Charge or Resource Nurse experience preferred, experience with scheduling in Kronos

Certification and Licensure

• Certification or BSN or 6 credits per year toward BSN
• PA Registered Nurse License
