Responsibilities

This position will execute the day - to - day operations of the Assessment Office on the Reading Campus. This position will be responsible for overseeing of exam day activities, course, student and faculty evaluations and releasing grades to students.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • three to five years experience in this field.
  • Adept in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, experience with ExamSoft, familiar with basic database structure and systems, experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, or Surveymonkey.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess the ability to utilize and troubleshoot technology to support faculty and students.
  • Understand basic statistics such as Mean, Standard deviation, Percentile ranks.
  • Possess excellent oral, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess demonstrated ability to prioritize daily assignments and demonstrate initiative in handing daily issues;
  • Must be proficient in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel, Outlook, and be able to learn additional software platforms.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented environment
