The Rehabilitation at Phoenixville Hospital provides acute inpatient medical rehabilitation services to patients with functional impairments as a result of various diagnoses including, stroke, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, multiple trauma, orthopedic conditions, amputations, and other disabling conditions. Responsibilities
Assists the health care team to provide quality direct and indirect patient care for patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of previous working experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is strongly preferred.
