Responsibilities

The Director of Patient Care Services is responsible for the integration of nursing with other departments and services. Plans and directs nursing services management activities for the delivery of safe and efficient quality care. The Director of Patient Care Services has the authority to speak on behalf of nursing and exercises responsibility for those associated with providing nursing care, treatment and services. Maintains Budget integrity of all area to include labor, productivity and staffing.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate from accredited school of nursing. Bachelors degree in nursing, relevant masters degree required.

Experience: Ten (10) years acute care or equivalent experience with five (5) of the years in a management position.

Licenses/Certificates: Currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
