The Field Services Tech exhibits an enthusiasm for customer service and:
- Maintains, diganoses and repairs software and hardware.
- Provides general PC hardware and software product support to hospital management and users.
- On call rotation.
- At least 12 months of relevant experience with PC hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair. More experience is a plus. Candidates will be evaluated and hired at the appropriate level depending on experience.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
