Job Description


The Field Services Tech exhibits an enthusiasm for customer service and:

  • Maintains, diganoses and repairs software and hardware.
  • Provides general PC hardware and software product support to hospital management and users.
  • On call rotation.



  • At least 12 months of relevant experience with PC hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair. More experience is a plus. Candidates will be evaluated and hired at the appropriate level depending on experience.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
