Patient Services Representative needed for a busy orthopaedic practice, with 4 locations. Responsible for greeting, registering patients and verifying accuracy of patient demographic information, and entering information accurately into EPIC. Post payments into system and balance cash/checks/credit cards daily. The Patient Services Representative is responsible for:
Education Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Medical office experience preferred
Certification and Licensure Requirements
BLS Certification (may be Preferred or Required based on departmental needs)
CPR Certification (may be Preferred or Required based on departmental needs)
Experience and Skills
1 or more years of experience using an electronic medical record and billing system (Preferred)
1 or more years of experience working in a related field or position (Preferred)
