Registered Nurse

Phoenixville Hospital is a small community hospital located at 140 Nutt Rd, Phoenixville Pa. The Perioperative Services Department includes 7 operating rooms as well as Ambulatory Surgery Center- Limerick (located off sight), Endoscopy, Short Procedure, PACU, PAT and Sterile Processing. It is part of the Tower Health System which consists of 7 hospitals including Reading Hospital, Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, Phoenixville Hospital, Brandywine Hospital, Jennersville Hospital, Chestnut Hill Hospital and St. Christopher’s.

Responsibilities include circulating or scrubbing (not required) for multiple specialties including general surgery, plastics, OB/GYN, urology, vascular/endo-vascular, ortho, neuro, and robotics. Hours are 7am to 7:30pm, every other weekend, and 1-12hr day each week, 7a-730pm. Other duties include picking cases, stocking OR’s, ordering and putting away supplies.

Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Valid Healthcare Provider BLS certification required and continuous recertification every two (2) years

We are a CNOR strong OR, certification preferred, but will cover costs to obtain when eligible.

BSN preferred.
