The Clinical Lead-Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting Physicians in the Neurology office in all aspects of patient care and administrative functions. The Clinical Lead will also be responsible for demonstrating leadership skills by taking a hands-on approach with regards to administering medication, dressing wounds and general patient care. The Clinical Lead supervises clinical staff indirectly, scheduled staff hours and ensure staffing needs are met to cover patient visits. In addition, the Clinical Lead is responsible for communicating educational information to all clinical staff members in a timely manner.
