Job Description
Provides nursing services to clients in their home in accordance with established Corporation policies. Works in an interdisciplinary relationship with other
members of the Hospice Team and under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator and Hospice Manager.
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
EXPERIENCE
Previous Hospice experience required
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
PA LPN license
