Supervisor Central Processing and Referral Testing

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the following activities: Training of all personnel, all daily operations of Specimen Processing including Referral Testing Department, Ensure all Compliance Policies are followed, low error rate, and productivity. Ensure maintenance of a safe, ergonomically sound, professional environment. The incumbent must be capable of performing, teaching and monitoring all functions within their area of responsibility. This individual has the responsibility for working and communicating with the Assistant Manager of Central Processing and Referral Testing as well as health professionals within and outside the organization.

2 Year/Associate's Degree Required

Prior Lab Experience and Leadership Experience Required
