Finance company located in West Los Angeles is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their team. Responsibilities include managing the wage/salary structure, compensation philosophy, policies and practices; total compensation packages; and employee benefit programs. Manage the implementation and administration of employment policies that comply with applicable laws and advance the company's objectives; and lead the overall design and implementation of employee benefit programs, including retirement programs. Ideal candidate has extensive expertise and strong strategic capabilities in performance management and compensation as it applies to every level of employee, from administrative to executive. Minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership capacity, and at least 10 years of experience as a human resource generalist.
