Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that serves over 15,000 Colorado residents through case management and direct service programs. RMHS believes that by empowering people with the resources they need to reach their full potential, Colorado will thrive as an inclusive place where everyone matters.

Currently, we have the privilege of serving:

• Children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families
• Persons needing long-term care from youth to old age
• Individuals transitioning from inpatient mental health facilities to the community
• Military veterans who are experiencing homelessness or in danger of homelessness
