Our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services are provided by our team of highly-trained multi-lingual pharmacists and clinical service specialists. Our pharmacists identify, prevent, and resolve drug related problems to optimize therapeutic outcomes and control medication costs for our patients. Our clinical advisors work directly with our patient population to help them understand what each medications is for and why it is important to take them as prescribed. In addition, our clinical advisors assist our pharmacists with various other clinical services such as providing patient education, adherence, and compliance with medications.
