Back in 1983, there was no breakfast restaurant–focused category, really. Then the original First Watch opened from 7 am to 2:30 pm with the idea that people want a Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch restaurant that doesn’t moonlight with steaks or anything else later in the day. Here at First Watch, we begin each morning at the crack of dawn, slicing fresh fruits and vegetables, baking muffins and whipping up our French toast batter from scratch. Everything is made to order, and freshness is never compromised. We don’t use heat lamps or deep fryers — we use only the finest ingredients possible for the freshest taste around.
Together, we enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment in each of our restaurants. We are currently searching for energetic people who can deliver top-notch service, build meaningful relationships and become part of our team.
