PickTrace is a fast-growing, YCombinator-backed enterprise software company that provides workforce and harvest management solutions for large-scale farms.

Founded by brothers Austin Steed and Harrison Steed (UC Berkeley alum!), who grew up on a citrus, berry, and avocado farm, PickTrace is building the agricultural management system of the future. Our vision is to be the operating system of the farm. Our software products help produce growers thrive by providing real-time insight into their operations, improving their operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, and making the day-to-day lives of their employees easier.  

As the first venture-backed tech start-up bringing modern software to the produce industry, PickTrace is growing very quickly to meet growers' demand for 21st century tech solutions. We are looking for talent (engineering, product, finance, recruiting, implementations, and operations) that can help us achieve the 10x scale-up ahead of us in the coming few years.
