Tews Company is an Orlando based company with significant experience and infrastructure in the recruitment and staffing sector. Over the last twenty years the firm has grown to be one of Central Florida’s largest independent professional recruiting and placement firms. Our current staff brings over one hundred years of combined recruitment experience in the local market with our average internal tenure being eight years. Tews Company is the primary staffing provider for some of the most reputable employers in Central Florida.

Within our areas of focus, Tews Company consists of three staffing divisions; administrative, accounting and finance and information technology. Each division has dedicated recruiters to source and recruit candidates.

The Administrative division handles all types of administrative and office professional positions including Human Resources, Administrative Professionals, Executive Assistants, Marketing Professionals, Receptionists, Office Managers and General Office Personnel.

The Accounting and Finance division handles finance and accounting professionals including Chief Financial Officers, Controllers, Assistant Controllers, Accounting Managers, Accountants, Financial Analysts, Bookkeepers and Clerks.

The Information Technology division handles information technology professionals including Chief Information Officers, Network/Systems Administrators, Application Developers, Database Administrators, Business Intelligence, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, IT Security and Technical Support.
