Sign on bonuses and continuous service pay are now available for qualified new hires in the following positions; 

> Residential Care Specialist (RCS) 
> Food Service Specialist (FSS) 
> Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) 
> Recreational Activity Specialist (RAS) 
> Recreational Therapist (RT) 

$5,000.00 Sign on Bonus will be paid in four installments of $1,250.00 upon completion of orientation and training, 3 months, 6 months and 9 months. Must remain employed. 


$6,000.00 Continuous Service Plan will be paid in four installments of $1,500.00 at 12 months, 

18 months, 24 months and 30 months of  continuous service. Must remain employed.
