Quincy Asian Resources, Inc’s (QARI) mission is to foster and improve the social, cultural, economic and civic lives of immigrants and their families in order to benefit their communities. Through collaborations and partnerships, we provide culturally competent services, such as workforce development, adult education, youth development, and cultural events as well as information and referrals to public or other community organizations.
Founded in November 2001 in Quincy, MA to support Asian immigrants, QARI has expanded over the past 20 years and now serves diverse immigrant communities from more than 28 countries. In 2018, QARI expanded from Massachusetts to New York City through an innovative workforce-based social service model, and launched operations in Providence, RI in 2021.
Today, our regional programs include food security, outpatient mental health services, workforce development and employment pathways, adult education, environmental outreach initiatives, language access, and assistance navigating public benefits. QARI's multilingual team includes staff that speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Hindi, and Pashto.
