The Cliffs at Mountain Park is a rustic cabin in the foothills of South Carolina, with a modern mountain atmosphere, on a Gary Player Designed Golf Course. The Cabin is seeking a well-seasoned sous chef, which excels to lead kitchen staff with his/her creative culinary background to produce world class food to the current food trends. Sous chefs are involved with weekly/seasonal menu planning, purchasing top quality local ingredient's, assists team with exciting culinary events, and working along professionals talented chefs.
