Basic Function
Receive and post payments from clients according to check backup. Work bank file looking for and fixing checks applied incorrectly by lockbox. Answer questions from franchisees by phone and email. Prepare reports including interest statements upon request.
Typical Requirements
10-key, typing, basic knowledge of Excel, ability to navigate a Windows-based computer system, and ability to operate a calculator. Customer Service experience is required. Team oriented. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
